Transfer Credit, Course Waivers, & Course Substitutions

This form is used by graduate students in the Department of Statistics to request transfer credit, course waiver, or course substitution. No more than a total of 3 courses (9 credit hours) of combined transfer credit and/or course substitutions may apply toward a graduate degree.
